On the Day Coordinator
This package is perfect for the couple who have done all their own planning, but want a professional to ensure their day goes just how they imagined it would.

The On the Day Coordinator will arrive 1hour prior to the ceremony and complete a sound check, coordinate the day, until the first dance.
This package is designed for the couple who want a coordinator to manage their wedding day, the coordinator will be the first person onsite, and will meet all vendors and coordinate your day until after the first dance. This may include putting signs out, placing name tags, meeting the first vendor onsite, to ensure they know where to set up and completing a sound check. Leave the worrying to us and concentrate on what's important – enjoying your time with friends and family.

The Ultimate Wedding Package
Planned it all but don't have anyone to set it up and pack it down?
We will meet all of the vendors in the morning of your wedding day, and make sure everyone is ready for action. You and your family will be able to enjoy your morning with the knowledge that professionals are fulfilling your vision.

The Weddings By Samantha team will set up tables, chairs, decor items and anything else you have planned, and our in-house stylist will ensure everything looks just as you imagined as you walk down the aisle.

Need a team to run your DIY Bar?

Leave your bar needs to the experts with over eight years experience in the hospitality industry, they will make sure your guests enjoy themselves.

Once the ceremony is complete, the guests first point of call is the bar – why not make it an experience for the guests to remember?

Our staff are professional, qualified and have the X-factor with customer service, making every interaction count. Our bar staff will collect empty bottles, make sure the place is tidy, and keep your drinks cold.
